Terms of Service
These Terms set out the conditions of use for the OJP website and OJMANAGER, OJSETUP, OJ Arranger, OJ Recovery, OJ Form, OJBOX and OJ SCAN provided by Print Pro, together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Notice date October 22, 2026·Effective date October 30, 2026
Article 1 Purpose and scope
These Terms govern use of the OJP website and related sites, and of OJMANAGER, OJSETUP, OJ Arranger, OJ Recovery, OJ Form, OJBOX, OJ Box Mobile and OJ SCAN provided by Print Pro (the “Company”).
For products that do not require membership registration or a server connection, only the provisions relating to the use of that product apply. Provisions on accounts, such as registration and withdrawal, are not applied uniformly to local functions.
Product-specific functions, eligibility, supported environments, whether a feature is free or paid, and usage limits are determined by product screens, service notices or individual agreements. Functions under development become available when they are actually provided and the relevant conditions are announced.
Article 2 Definitions
- “Service” means the websites and software provided by the Company and the functions offered through them.
- “User” means an individual or business that uses the Company's software or services directly or through a member company.
- “Member company” means a business or organization that enters into a service agreement with the Company and receives its software or services.
- “Administrator” means a person authorized by a user or member company to manage devices, data and service settings.
- “Member” means a user who has signed up for an account-based service of the Company.
- “User data” means documents, files, transaction information, settings and related materials that a user enters, registers or processes through service functions.
Article 3 Posting and amendment of these Terms
The Company posts these Terms on its website or on a linked screen within its products so that users can easily review them, and explains important conditions of use in an understandable way.
When amending these Terms, the Company announces the changes, the reasons for them and the effective date at least 7 days before the effective date. Changes that are disadvantageous to users or that materially affect their rights and obligations are announced at least 30 days before the effective date and notified individually through means the user can confirm, such as a registered email address. If applicable laws require a longer period or a separate procedure, those requirements apply.
Where consent to amended Terms is required, the Company obtains that consent. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may raise an objection or terminate the service agreement before the effective date, and settlement of amounts already paid follows applicable laws and the relevant agreement.
Posting or amending these Terms does not by itself constitute fresh consent to past processing of personal information. Personal information processing that requires separate consent or another lawful basis is carried out only after those requirements are met.
Article 4 Individual terms and interpretation
The Company may set conditions of use for a specific product or paid function separately and explain them before a contract is concluded.
Separately agreed individual terms apply to the matters they cover, but do not unfairly restrict rights guaranteed to users under applicable laws.
The purposes, categories, retention periods, destruction, entrustment and data subject rights relating to personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy and any separate notice lawfully provided. These Terms do not replace any required consent to personal information processing.
Matters not addressed in these Terms are governed by applicable laws and individual agreements.
Article 5 Accounts and service agreements
A service agreement for a service that requires an account is formed when a user applies by entering the necessary information and agreeing to these Terms and other required matters, and the Company accepts the application.
The Company may refuse an application, or hold acceptance until necessary verification is complete, where there is false information, unauthorized use of another person's name, absence of legitimate administrative authority, or other significant technical or operational reason. The Company explains the reason to the extent possible.
Members must keep registration information, such as contact details and business information, accurate, and must properly manage their accounts and administrator permissions.
Members must notify the Company without delay upon discovering account theft or unauthorized use of permissions. The Company takes reasonable measures to limit the spread of harm.
The Company's services are intended for businesses and workplace contacts and are not offered to children under 14.

Detailed functions and supported scope follow the guidance for each product. This table does not guarantee when functions under development will be provided or that every product offers the same functions.
Article 7 Use of OJMANAGER and OJSETUP
Users must obtain the necessary authority over the PCs, printers, multifunction printers and networks they search, register, install or manage.
OJMANAGER processes the status and collection results of devices registered by the user, and may connect to account-based management services depending on the functions enabled.
The installation-information backup and direct-install functions of OJSETUP use the installation method, settings and necessary driver information selected by the user. Users must check the recipients, validity period and usage rights of any installation link they publish or share.
Available functions and results may differ depending on device model, firmware, operating system, network and manufacturer support. The Company informs users of the supported scope and conditions of use it has confirmed.
Article 8 Use of OJ Arranger and OJ Recovery
Window arrangement and settings processing in OJ Arranger take place on the user's device, and those settings are managed in the local storage described in the Privacy Policy.
Backup images and backup and restoration information of OJ Recovery are processed on the PC concerned, a connected USB device or local storage designated by the user. The Company does not receive, view or retain backup image contents on its servers through that function.
Before running OJ Recovery, users must check the backup and restoration targets, the storage location and the impact of the selected task. Because restoration, partition changes or initialization may alter or delete the target data, the product explains significant impacts before execution.
Users must maintain separate copies of important data and manage any necessary passwords. This duty of care does not exempt the Company from liability for damage caused by its own fault.
If new server communication functions, such as product activation, are introduced, the conditions of use and personal information processing details will be announced before those functions are provided.
Article 9 Use of OJ Form and member company data
OJ Form processes company information, business partner, sales, inventory, transaction document and tax invoice data entered by member companies for the purpose of providing that service.
Member companies must secure the authority and legal basis to process personal information of employees and business partner contacts that they enter, and must inform those individuals of the required matters.
The Company processes personal information entrusted by member companies within their instructions and the lawful scope of the agreement. Any required personal information processing agreement specifies the purpose and scope, protective measures, incident notification, and return or destruction upon termination, together with the related responsibilities.
Member companies must not arbitrarily enter resident registration numbers, financial information, sensitive information or other data that is unnecessary for the service. If such a function becomes necessary, it will be introduced with a legal basis and protective measures and announced separately.
Functions requiring external transmission, such as issuing tax invoices, are performed within the scope actually provided and at the user's explicit request, and any required provision or entrustment is announced separately. Guidance about a function does not guarantee successful issuance or tax compliance.
Member companies must verify the accuracy of transaction and tax data and, before withdrawal or termination, download the necessary data and retain it in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 10 Use of OJBOX and OJ Box Mobile
Users must obtain the authority to install devices and register administrators and use remote management functions, and must properly manage the scope of user permissions and notification settings.
The processing scope for scan and driver files, device status, on-site control and mobile notifications follows the functions enabled and the Privacy Policy.
Head cleaning, ink charging and device setting changes may affect device condition or consumables, so administrators must check the target, permissions and instructions before execution.
The Company announces the conditions of use and personal information processing details before providing functions under development, and does not present functions that are not officially provided as if they were available.
Article 11 OJ SCAN service
412.kr is the operating server for the OJ SCAN service provided by the Company.
The conditions of use and supported scope of OJ SCAN follow service guidance and any required individual agreement.
Personal information processing while using OJ SCAN follows the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 12 User data and personal information protection
Rights in user data belong to the relevant user or lawful rights holder. The Company does not acquire ownership merely because it holds the data.
The Company processes user data only to the extent necessary to provide the service, carry out lawful maintenance and customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Use for other purposes, or processing that requires separate consent, is carried out only after those requirements are met.
Users must secure the legitimate authority to register or process the personal information, documents or works of others. When providing data to the Company, users must also comply with the protection obligations that apply to that data.
The Company and users each perform the personal information protection obligations they bear. A user's obligations do not exclude the Company's own legal obligations or liability arising from its fault.
The Privacy Policy is available at OJP Privacy Policy.
Article 13 User obligations
Users must not engage in the following.
- Stealing another person's account, authentication means or administrator permissions, or registering false information
- Attempting to access, alter or transmit another person's devices, networks or data without legitimate authority
- Registering or distributing malware, illegal information or material that infringes rights
- Imposing abnormal load on the service or interfering with other users' normal use
- Infringing the copyrights, trade secrets or other rights of the Company or third parties beyond the scope permitted by law or contract
- Using the service to collect personal information unlawfully or to leak documents
Article 14 Company obligations
The Company takes reasonable measures to provide the contracted services stably and endeavors to identify the cause of any failure and restore service.
The Company applies administrative and technical measures to protect personal information and complies with the Privacy Policy.
The Company handles users' legitimate inquiries, complaints and rights requests, and where handling is delayed, explains the reason and progress to the extent possible.
The Company informs users of the main contracted functions, usage limits and paid conditions so that they can review them before entering into a contract.
Article 15 Paid services, withdrawal of subscription and refunds
Prices, billing cycles, provision periods, usage limits, whether payment is automatic, and cancellation and refund conditions for paid functions follow individual agreements or the guidance displayed before payment.
Where users have a statutory right to withdraw their subscription, cancel or terminate an agreement, or obtain a refund, the Company guarantees that right. The mere fact that a download or installation occurred does not impose a uniform no-refund condition on every product.
For services that are subject to restrictions on withdrawal of subscription, the Company must satisfy the notice and consent requirements of applicable laws.
If the Company fails to provide a contracted service due to its own fault, it takes necessary measures, such as adjusting the service period, settling payments or providing refunds, in accordance with the scope not provided, the individual agreement and applicable laws.
Conversion of free functions to paid functions, or the introduction of automatic payment, is applied after the relevant conditions are announced in advance and the required consent is obtained.
Article 16 Changes to and suspension of services
The Company may change or temporarily suspend part of the service for maintenance, security measures, changes in device or operating system support, or other reasonable operational reasons.
The Company announces the reason, scope and schedule of expected changes or suspensions in advance. Where prior notice is difficult due to urgent security response or an unforeseeable failure, the Company gives notice afterwards as promptly as possible.
Where a reduction in main contracted functions, a long suspension or termination of service materially affects users, the Company takes measures such as the necessary notice, an opportunity to secure data, and settlement of paid amounts.
This Article does not mean that the Company may arbitrarily exempt itself from contractual obligations or unilaterally change important conditions of paid services.
Article 17 Restriction of use and objections
The Company may restrict use to the necessary extent where Article 13 is violated, an account is stolen, or a specific security risk arises for the service or data.
The scope and duration of a restriction are set in proportion to the reason and risk, and except in urgent cases the Company informs the user of the reason and the corrective measures required.
Users may confirm the reason for a restriction or raise an objection through customer support. The Company reviews the matter, informs the user of the outcome, and takes the necessary measures once the reason for the restriction is resolved.
Where data of a restricted account is deleted, the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy, statutory retention obligations and individual agreements apply.
Article 18 Membership withdrawal and termination
Members may request withdrawal or termination through the procedure provided on the service screen or through customer support. The Company processes the request after verifying the member's identity or legitimate administrative authority.
Upon withdrawal or termination, personal information and user data are handled in accordance with the retention periods and the return and destruction procedures set out in the Privacy Policy and any required individual agreement.
Where minimum identifying information is processed for 30 days to enable recovery of a withdrawn account, the scope and purpose announced in the Privacy Policy apply. Recovery requests and re-registration during that period are processed after the verification procedures necessary for account identity and security.
Members must download necessary data before termination, and the Company explains the supported export methods and deletion schedule to the necessary extent. Recovery of all deleted data is not guaranteed.
OJ Arranger settings and OJ Recovery backups and records stored only on the user's device are not deleted by withdrawing from the website. The relevant user or administrator must delete them directly.
Termination does not extinguish statutory retention obligations or obligations to settle payments that have already become due.
Article 19 Intellectual property
Software, designs, documents and other materials produced by the Company are protected as the rights of the Company or lawful rights holders. Users may use them within the scope of the agreement and permitted use.
As of the date of this notice, some technologies applied to OJSETUP and OJ SCAN are the subject of pending patent applications.
Except as permitted by applicable laws or the relevant license, users must not reproduce, modify or redistribute the Company's source code, designs, images or explanatory materials without authorization, nor use them to create or provide identical or similar products or services. Users must also not use the Company's name, product names or logos without authorization in a way that misleads others into believing a service is official or affiliated with the Company.
The Company may take legal action under applicable laws, including demands to cease infringement and rectify conduct, and claims for damages, against infringement of intellectual property rights or acts of unfair competition.
Third-party software, drivers and trademarks included in the products are governed by the rights of their respective owners and the relevant licenses. The Company does not unfairly restrict use permitted by applicable laws or those licenses.
Rights in data provided by users are governed by Article 12, and this Article does not transfer those rights to the Company in their entirety.
Article 20 Damages and liability
Where damage is caused to the other party by the fault of the Company or the user, liability and the scope of compensation are determined in accordance with applicable laws, the agreement and the specific circumstances.
Where causes beyond the Company's control are involved, such as device failure, the user's environment, network failure or problems with external services, the cause and each party's responsibility are distinguished and handled accordingly. The existence of external factors alone does not exclude the Company's liability for its own fault.
Provision free of charge, trial use or the user's duty to maintain backups does not exempt the Company from liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or from liability that cannot be excluded under applicable laws.
Damage from data loss, installation or restoration errors, or device control is also handled according to the actual cause, the guidance provided and fault. Risks that the Company should bear are not shifted to users uniformly.
Article 21 Notices and customer support
The Company may give notices through a registered email address, in-service notifications or other agreed means of contact.
General notices addressed to all users may be provided as website announcements. Matters that materially affect an individual user's rights and obligations are notified individually in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Users must maintain current contact details. The Company does not treat every individual notice as delivered merely because an announcement was posted.
Article 22 Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The Company and users may discuss a resolution through customer support and other channels when a dispute arises. Such discussion does not restrict the use of legal remedies.
Where litigation is necessary, it is brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws.
